Phase One of the SACRED SELF© journey is where the deepest work begins — not by pushing, performing, or pretending, but by creating a safe inner foundation for transformation.
For 4 months, you are guided through the essential first four Self-Love Languages®, each explored gently and thoroughly in 30-day intervals. This phase helps you understand who you are, how you feel, and what you truly need, so that your healing becomes lasting, not temporary.
This is where you finally stop avoiding yourself — and choose to meet yourself with tenderness and truth.
What You’ll Journey Through:
1. Self-Awareness
You can only transform what you are willing to see.
This month supports you in seeing yourself with clarity — not judgment.
You learn to observe your patterns, name your needs, and sit with your emotions safely.
You will uncover:
- What you truly want vs. what you’ve been conditioned to want
- How your habits were formed and why they’ve stayed
- How to be present with your thoughts without spiraling
This begins your freedom.
2. Self-Honesty
When awareness becomes truth, illusions fall away.
This month invites courageous inner examination — not to shame yourself, but to liberate yourself.
You’ll explore:
- Where you’ve minimized your needs
- Where you’ve hidden your voice
- Where you’ve carried pain that you never deserved
This is where “pretending” ends and authenticity begins.
3. Self-Forgiveness
Once truth is revealed, forgiveness becomes medicine.
Not forgiveness that excuses harm, but forgiveness that frees you.
You’ll learn to:
- Release shame and self-blame
- Let go of past decisions with compassion
- Heal the inner child who learned to survive, not thrive
Forgiveness is not saying “it was okay.”
Forgiveness is saying, “I no longer punish myself for it.”
4. Self-Acceptance
With forgiveness comes tenderness.
This month teaches you to hold every part of yourself — the polished and the unfinished — with grace.
You will practice:
